They did a great job! Friendly, professional, and efficient. We pass up other Taco Bells due to shortages of food items and when I have called them on it, they would get an attitude. The young man that was the cashier at the one we went to today was very nice and respectful.

Quick and friendly service. Not too long a wait in the drive thru on a Friday lunch hour. Can't beat filling up for under $5! Don't forget the hot sauce!

I am not sure if these other reviews are fake or what but the service is horrible. We waited at the drive through window 15 minutes for our order while watching 1 employee prepare orders and the other employees doing absolutely nothing. They were joking around and on their cell phones while one person worked. They did not even apologize or acknowledge the time we had to wait. I ordered grub hub from them several times and not once has my order been correct. Today they sent a large water instead of a large mango brisk Ice tea. This is a horrible place to try to get food from.

I used mobile ordering and picked it up from the drive-thru in the evening. The people working the window were very rude, and spent the entire time I was at the window chatting with each other (ignoring me) and fooling around to the point they bumped into the window. Part of my order was wrong and one part was missing, meaning I've now lost about $8 and a meal. The customer service process is ridiculous and requires that you give Taco Bell your phone number, email address, AND physical address, in addition to the store info and the complaint. I'm not willing to give them so much personal info when just my email address and/or phone number seems reasonable to me. Regardless, this was a terrible experience and I am dissatisfied and annoyed at the lack of recourse I have.

I'm officially done with taco bell. I worked 13+ hours today and want some food finally. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with extra sauce (which I know it's supposed to be creamy jalapeno sauce because I used to manage one on the east coast) they put ranch or something on it. so I wasted money on my dinner that I got and had to throw away the quesadilla because the sauce they put on it wasn't the correct quesadilla sauce and I know it was probably because they didn't want to fill the bottle back up. And this was after spending 30 minutes in the drive-thru tonight. so, I had to go back out and order food from a different place in order to finally eat for the day.
