Starving on the weekend! This location is off of Sullivan on the industrial side. Service was very good,the employee made great suggestions. Was very happy; especially after eating the sandwichs!

Very few veggies looked okay enough to eat. The rest were either frozen or black and brown from going bad. The employees were aware of the gross veggies cause when I asked if they had any lettuce that didn’t need to be thrown out she said, yeah there’s good stuff under here.nnI was also charged for a guacamole turkey bacon, but I didn’t get guacamole. I asked her about this and she said it’s same price no matter what. What!?! I get charged for guac which is normally an extra buck or more, even though I didn’t have it. Won’t be going back there!

Out of the last 8 times I've ordered here in the past couple months 5 of them have been incorrect using the app. They've either forgotten items in my order or put the wrong stuff on my sub. It's getting really old. I dont understand how they can get it wrong. Theres literally a print out of the items I chose on the app. I would just go in to eliminate the issue but of course all the deals they offer are app only. Not to mention the convenience of pickup.

The guy working did his best. He was the only one working and was swamped with customers. The wait was a bit longer than expected because of this. They ran out of meatballs but this was around 7pm so I get it. Their new BBQ Brisket sub on Garlic Bread with their Garlic Butter was a lot better than expected. Definitely worth a try.

I went in to handle a problem with an online order. Owner was very gracious and fix my problem right away. Nice interior and staff.
