Subway

I was kicked out of the mcdonalds up the road because I cannot wear a mask due to severe health conditions that prevent me from being able to wear one and function properly. We decided to go to this subway instead, and the person who helped us, Katie, was so understanding and kind! Plus, she did such a great job helping us! She apologized for my experience and made me feel so welcome and safe in my own health. Also, I've never gotten a prettier salad from subway! I was overwhelmed! It was such a great experience and we will definitely keep spreading the word about the quality and kindness found at this location. Thank you, Katie!

Great service at subway and conoco both.

The girl who started my sandwich was not very friendly. I ordered a specific sandwich but wanted it made a certain way with the things on it I wanted. When the girl started putting onion and green peppers on it I said, oh I'm sorry, I don't want those on there. She just looked at me and took the onions and green peppers to off and I proceeded to tell her what I wanted on it. She very snottily said, it has to be toasted first. Um, ok! By the time I got to the girl who was taking payment I was frustrated and didn't even want the food. She asked how my day was going and I told her it was good until I got to Subway and that I must have made the first girl mad. She apologized profusely! She was the only one that was actually nice in the store. I bring my son to this store often since he loves Subway but we will drive to one farther away from home due to the service I received today.

My partner and I ordered on the app and picked it up. When I opened my sandwich to eat it at home, this is what I got. Yeah, we should have checked it before leaving the store but who seriously thinks this charred thing was acceptable?nnEdit: the guy making the sandwiches is refusing to take accountability saying it's not burnt, that's just how the bread toasts, as if I've never been to subway a day in my life. We've been waiting for about a half an hour now for him to make my one sandwich.

I'm confused as to why the staff isn't wearing masks here. 3 stars because the employee was somewhat rude.
