Very professional and clean juicy sandwiches and happy hour galore... i just wish there was a deal for classic roast beefs. I do have to give 5 stars for food quality but accuracy is a1 star i got home and finally realized they missed a fry and sandwich. Who keeps their receipts cause i don't. I assume my food would have been given to me correctly or comp. More then what i was missing for the gas and time to have to go get out of my way. Not greedy just a couple sandwiches for the troubles and maintaining my loyalty.

They employees are very friendly and service is quick. They never screw up my order. The price is a little on the high side but, the food is so good it's worth every cent.

Always been my favorite fast food place and as long as I get the horsey sauce I offer to pay extra for I'm a satisfied customer. Been a few times and even just the last time I was there, I was asked if I wanted any sauces. I said 2 for each sandwich please or just as much as you can give me or I'll pay extra. Well I got home to find none in the bag. I live in between all the Arby's in Spokane. Equal distance from them all, so it's not exactly just down the road. I ended up not even eating the sandwiches. Left them in my car and threw them out later. Disappointing doesn't even describe it. Never again will I forget to check the bag before leaving the lot.

The downtown location was out of roast beef. O.U.T of it. When 3/4 of your menu is roast beef, I'm pretty sure good practice is to prepare enough to stay open for the day. Thankfully the valley location had plenty + great customer service.

When I went there I ordered the classic beef n cheese and there was very little beef and only a dime size of the cheese right in the middle of the sandwich. The way they dwindled the amounts on their sandwich has changed so drastically I was blown away. Will never waste my money there again. Definitely not worth the prices they charge. It's not even worth $1 for what they give you. Total rip off!!!!!!!!
