I’ve been using these guys for 10 years now, which could happily conclude my review right there. Their monthly pass is worth its weight in gold, the staff is always friendly, and they do a great job for how fast it is! My modestly lowered Audi fits on their rollers, and the car always comes out looking fantastic. The location is so convenient and easy to access too! Despite trying other businesses out of curiosity… I always find myself back at Waterworks. Thanks for the wonderful decade + of service you guys!
Awesome care with your vehicle. These people are fast and thorough. They even ran my vehicle through twice because of heavy dirt from mountain playing. Top Notch!!
Service was prompt and friendly, and they did a great job drying my car at the end. Many places do a poor job, leaving spots and streaks, but the crew at Waterworks was very thorough. They have a wide range of services, and I appreciate that their service menu lists estimated times for the more extensive detail jobs.
I recently got my car detailed at Waterworks and I couldn't be more pleased. At first I was concerned at how fast they were moving but it really was just telling of the high efficiency methodology. My car was professionally cleaned and staff was great at answering questions.
Was hesitant to go because of reviews of not doing a complete job; however the price was reasonable so I went ahead and risked it. I was very pleasantly surprised, everyone was very helpful answering my questions and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ended up going with the full $170 detail and they did a fantastic job. My car was disgusting and I had multiple stains on my carpet and seats and they did an amazing job cleaning all of that up. Didn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. Will definitely go back!
