Great minus they charged me twice!!! Screen was upside down so you couldn’t read it properly. It shut off in 3 minutes. Had to swipe my card again so this trip to the car wash was $24!!! Some BS.
Went to wash my car yesterday afternoon. Put money in the machine, time started, but none of the tools did. I looked around the building to see if there was a sign for who to contact incase of a problem, but there wasn't one. In reading reviews, broken machines seems to be an ongoing issue with this place.nI only lost $4, and it would be great to get reimbursed towards a car wash. How does that work? Once this is done then I'll update/change my review.

Unbelievably BAD EXPERIANCE here. The vacuum service is so underpowered that its better to blow away dirt with your mouth instead. There are airfreshner dispensing machines which is really neat but they never seem to work or give you back your money when you realize they're broken. And don't get me started on the way they charge your credit card for a full car wash when you only use the minimum amount of water. Please avoid this place if you can, you'll thank me later!
Lost a dollar to the machine but love all the feature. Spot free rinse is my fave.
