Not sure how anyone can really rate these guys less than 5 star. I’ve been here a number of times. They are professional and super friendly. It is always a refreshingly nice experience. These guys work their butts off. It’s worth every penny and more.

Got my car detailed at Red Carpet this morning and once again they were beyond friendly and did an excellent job!! Special shout out to Lamant who was there to greet me bright and early with friendly conversation and a big smile (make sure you check out their early bird discount). This is the third time I’ve been and they don’t disappoint. My car looks fantastic!

I always get the exterior wash and they clean the windows on the outside but not once wiped the inside of the windows as a courtesy. Great customer service is going that extra step. When I tip I'm going an extra step. Other than that they're friendly and there's always a short wait time.

I went here for a simple wash, I came in, not busy, ok, the gentleman in a long ponytail places the car to wash, skims through the wash instead it taking it’s time or even placing the vehicle on neutral, for the water and soap to saturate the dirt and grime onto the car. The result was a haphazard job, not only that, I went in to make a payment, the lady wasn’t wearing her mask when I approached her, not even trying to cover her nose. The staff is unprofessional, the manager lets them slack their job. After they “finished” cleaning the car, I noticed the car was just as the same as I came in, I began cleaning the vehicle myself. The smudges of the car were extremely easy to wipe off. The manager told me that I had to move, but there were no other vehicles coming out to get cleaned. I was the only customer in and out. The manager asked me what service I got, I said the $23 service and used it as an excuse why the car isn’t thoroughly. I didn’t ask for a wax or blemish, just a simple wash. I’ve been to numerous car washes and this is far worse, especially the way manager manages his employees. Tells me to leave because I’m sitting and wiping my car clean when they failed to do it themselves. Not coming back here.

They did a great job cleaning our car. Super reasonable prices and obviously a ton of care and attention to detail by the staff to make sure our car was clean. I feel like they went above and beyond what typical car washes do. Would highly recommend.
