this school is horrible. the teachers are very rude and refuse to build a connection with the students, some of the teachers yell at the students for no reason and are very rude to both students and parents/guardians. the teachers don’t even have to have a teaching license or go to college to learn about teaching. the school is not ready to be a school yet. they don’t even have a library or a gym. they use the cafeteria as a gym and a stage for concerts. the entire school is horrible, and there are only a couple of teachers out of the dozens of teachers that are nice and are willing to build a strong connection. the “upper” level of the school (grades 6-12) are being treated disrespectfully. when i was in 6th grade, which was the 2014-15 school year, it was part of the lower school, and even there the teachers were rude. it’s a terrible school overall.

This school is just terrible. You would think a charter school would be better but this place is not. It's only been open for a few years and they have have major turnover in staff including principals . There are no sports, no field trips and little to none extracurricular activities. They also have a make teacher that has been accused of inappropriate touching and he still works there . They do nothing when a child is being bullied and care more about students not having their phone on them ... STAY AWAY.

My son has been going here since kindergarten. From first grade on I had requested that he get tested for learning disabilities which was never answered. I requested that he be put on an IEP which was never answered. They finally put him on an IEP after a year of telling me that they would put him on one in the fourth grade. The last semester of the fourth-grade; actually not even the last semester- the last week of the fourth grade, they finally put him on an IEP. He is now in fifth grade and struggling. He doesn’t want to go to school every single day, he doesn’t like the curriculum because he absolutely doesn’t understand it and he brings home homework that he has no idea what is going on in the class. There’s one person that’s helping him with his IEP for two Grades. This school does not advocate for your child if he/she struggles And has learning disabilities. The only thing that actually got them to put my son on an IEP was when he started failing tests for the state. I have actually considered finding an attorney and taking them to court because my son has had a such a miserable experience going to the school and I was never listen to as a parent. Do not put your child in the school!! They promised things that they did not come through with and your child, if he or she has any kind of learning disability, will be overlooked. I know that I am not alone with this feeling.

I don't like it it's more about passing than actually learning
