I recently visited this museum for the first time. Excellent experience. Family friendly and smart, helpful staff. I also explored the possibility of working a joint project between them and our non-profit. The Director, Mr. Williams proved to be a highly professional leader with great vision for the museum. Loved the exhibit of Colorado women and their role in the suffrage movement. Everything was well laid out, making social distancing easy. Learned a lot about the history of Aurora.
A really interesting place to visit if you want to see locomotives and cars of all different types. You can also see equipment that was used from a long time ago. They also have some really nice model train displays to see. A great place to bring the family and see some trains.
Wonderful to go for a run around this area!
