Attendant was very rude. She started yelling when asked if my sandwich since I got the wrong order.nVery rude attendant. She didn't has a name tag but she is the one with blond and black hair.nSubway in Aurora, CO next to King Soopers. Ilif and Buckley.

I recommend choosing another subway location. The customer service is appalling, the staff was argumentative and unreasonable.nnI left my order on the counter cause I did not feel I was getting the sandwich I ordered.nnLimiting the quantity of vegetables on a sandwich is not the way to save on food cost. Wasting a whole sandwich because the store management is skimping on company standards, that's not going to help food cost either.

People were coming in with personal containers for ice. They went to beverage area, filled up personal cup and left.nStaff in store were aware and remarked they only want ice.nSo the ice machine is contaminated. What kind of training did employees receive ??nThis is so wrong and will only help in transmission of COVID.nWhat else are employees not doing??nnStay away!!!

The absolute worst subway store I have ever been to i mean the worst ever!! The two women that work there are the most unpleasant disrespectful employees I have ever dealt with!!! They put the bare minimum on your sandwichthe n my order is wrong half the time and then when you ask them to fix it they refused and either tell you to eat it or leave.. if I could give them zero Stars I would I will never eat at another Subway again.. Jersey Mike's, which Wich, Firehouse subs, anything is better than this Subway or any subway for that matter!!!

I ordered line through the app. First time the toppings were on the wrong sandwich I let it go my husband and I just swapped the meat and chz. I figured give it one more try i ordered me a cold cut and ny daughter a steak and chz.... my daughter ended up with tuna fish. She is highly allergic to fish products so I tried to call to have them fix it and no answer after several calls. I was stuck switching her my sandwich and I ate the tuna which I do not like tuna at all!! This NEEDS to be resolved until then I will NEVER go to this Subway again and I will be posting this on social media
