I had avoided this location in recent years due to the terrible service and can see that it hasn’t changed. Unfortunately, Google forces you to give one star but deserves zero stars. I walked in to order and was ignored for a couple of minutes. I was the only customer in there. Then when I was helped, the attitude was beyond reproach and was completely unwarranted. Acting as though as I was a bother to them is an understatement. The girl who made my sandwiches was essentially having a hissy fit moving erratically and throwing my sandwiches together. What a pathetic display!nnIt’s ironic how the payment screen asks you if you want to provide a tip. A tip for what? Getting treated like you wrecked her day while performing work that an eight year old can do. I usually go to Buckley and Mississippi near Safeway and have never had an issue. The contrast is stark.nnFrom what I’ve read, Subway is closing some locations. Perhaps this will be one of them, the staff can hit the unemployment line and it can fall into the dustbin of history. People who work at this location have no business greeting the public in any fashion. Obviously the manager doesn’t care because over the past few years, it hasn’t changed. Speaking Spanish while looking at me and operating under the presumption that I couldn’t understand them is a display of how much they really don’t care. I can see by looking at some of the reviews that I’m not alone in my sentiments.

Manager completely unhelpful. Order placed on website. Order sent to wrong store. When I called she said since it was online I would need to call Postmates for help. They referred me back to the store since it was for pickup. The manager again said she wouldn’t do a refund..

I have never had bad sandwiches from here before but this time they were terrible! I ordered online but got there while they were making them, they looked like they had been sitting and not fresh at all. My wrap was tiny not even the size it should've been and I forgot to get extra meat on my sons, I even offered to pay since I wasn't charged and she refused. Very unsatisfied

Ordered online for carry out and they made ALL of the sandwiches wrong. All of them not one sandwich was correct so I had to wait way longer than necessary.
