The regional manager is a know it all. I had a brief conversation with her and was stressed. I applied and soon reconsider once she was 20 mins late and wore clothes that were apporiate for a home project. The associates were very polite and made a good sandwich.

This is the dirtiest, slowest Subway I have ever been to! The glass on the food case looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there were flies all over the store, and the employee had his mask down on his chin.nThere was only 1 employee in the entire store, and he clearly had not been fully trained. This just shows how poorly the management and owner run this store.nI waited in line for more than 30 minutes, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, the employee left to answer the phone then went to the back room to call his manager on another line, while in the middle of making my sandwich. It was stone cold by the time he returned more than five minutes later.

I hate having to be THAT person but the last 3 times I have been here the staff has been so rude. They seem so irritated that we are there. Tonight we went in at 8:20 pm to get dinner and the guy standing behind the counter was super irritated that we were there when I let him know I needed 4 sandwiches. He walked in the back and asked his co-worker who was washing dishes it sounded like, to come help him. That guy was very nice and helpful and I honestly feel bad he has to work with such a negative person. Also they are so sloppy about the way they make your food and always out of popular items (possibly due to covid but I haven’t had an issue at any other location). Either way I think at this point we will steer clear of this location for now. Hopefully they read these reviews and something changes.
