The employees seemed overwhelmed, but it wasn't too busy. We were in line behind someone who had a large order. No big deal. My husband and I were starving and wanted Noodles. I happened to look up and saw a cook placing completed bowls up on top with no gloves, and her thumbs in the food. Sick or not, that's disgusting. We turned around and walked out. Covid or not, cooks shouldn't be working with food bare handed. It was worth the drive to the location at the Orchard Mall. I'll never come back to this location. It's honestly always been kind of sub-par, anyway.
Always a good place to go for food. Especially after a long day of running around for work, when I cannot bring myself to cook, Noodles is a good option. And their curbside pickup is so convenient. I drove up, called them, and a minute later I had my food. Great option if you need to quarantine but don't have the option of cooking. My pine complaint is that when I order through the app or online, they customize option doesn't allow enough characters for me to put my food allergies, even though they say that that is where I should put that info. Please fix this noodles!
Do NOT EVER EAT HERE. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. I came here SUPER excited to get food this afternoon. But I was unpleasantly surprised when I walked in and it smelled like a rotten sewer throughout the whole building. I pulled down my mask to make sure it wasn’t my breath and unfortunately it was the facility . I immediately walked out as the smell was so ATROCIOUS. I believe the health and safety of customers and workers is at risk at this facility. Do NOT ever come here and you guys really need to get a health inspection. Not okay. Do BETTER Noodles & Company.
Good job, especially during the covid garbage shutdown. Good hustle in the kitchen!nGot home and our food was still warm, after driving for 15 minutes.
The staff is ALWAYS rude, the food quality & portions are poor for the price! We stopped eating there because of this. However, my family was craving it so we tried again. WORSE THAN EVER! Potstickers were smashed flat and tasted like chemicals, our food was poorly made, ingredients forgotten & cold. We’re done.
