I love jersey mikes. The sandwiches are made in front of you. The subs taste great and fresh. The people that work there wear masks and gloves and are very nice. Reasonably priced.
There are better JM's not far from this one.
I’m not the one to write a review because I understand no one is perfect but tonight at Jersey Mikes I quite literally stood there waiting in line for my sandwich for almost 40 mins. I know it was busy and I know the hot sandwiches take longer. The associates were apologetic and friendly but I had two families in line after me that weren’t door dash pickups, fresh orders just like me, that had gotten their food before me and there were hot sandwiches that were ordered. After they noticed I was still waiting there they asked me what I had ordered again and I had to leave because that irritated me even more. I gave a 3 star because the food is good I have eaten here numerous times and the associates were dealing with a crowd but asking me what I ordered again was just annoying since I had been waiting for quite some time.
Usually pretty good but last time I went, I asked for a little bit of oil and vinegar and got a sandwich absolutely dripping with it.nTotally inedible.nI got it to go and didn't have time to take it back.nNo lunch that day.
Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. It has an awesome feel to it.
