My husband ordered wings for the Broncos game tonight. First of all they forgot our fries and never returned to deliver them. The wings were soggy and had no sauce on them. Even though the food was awful, the customer service was beyond appalling. We called to ask about our fries and the manager, Anthony, would only give us a credit towards another visit (like we're planning on being a repeat customer). When I expressed my dissatisfaction he hung up on me. I tried calling back to discuss the situation and I was placed on hold indefinitely. Being in the customer service industry myself I would never treat someone this way! We asked for our fries over 30 minutes ago and they have yet to be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and order from a company who hires employees with integrity.
Messed up my order and then refused to fix it. I'm a long time customer. I will never be ordering from pizza hut again!
