I’ve heard great things about Chubby’s in the past and decided to give it a try.nBad decision!!!nI paid $2.38 extra for some cheese on my mini burritos and I didn’t get any cheese at all. The fountain soda I got was completely flat...dumped it down the drain. The breakfast burrito had green chili in only about half of it (even after they charge you extra to add it). I’m assuming the green chili is supposed to be pork green chili...2 little bits of pork in the whole serving on our chili fries. I should’ve read the reviews first...I see there are many negative reviews and the management must not care much since they haven’t responded to any of them.nPrices are high...bacon and egg breakfast was over $9 after extra charge for potatoes and chili!!!nBig disappointment. Do better Chubby’s....it would be good for business.

I feel like staff tends to be rude and somewhat dismissive. They more than often mess up orders but expect you to check your order before walking out the door. Foods great when they get it right although you never know if your food will be spicier than the last time. It'd be great if they started taking orders for pick up because they're not always quick at making the order. I think another thing that is really weird and annoying is how they have signs plastered everywhere. Like they literally have a photo print of family guy and spongebob making jokes about refunds like they think it's cute or quirky but really, in a way, it's reflection of their poor service.
