If you order online from this location, check your food before you leave! Even thought that's completely hard to do with a sandwich, right. These people made two of ours wrong. When I called for a refund - being fair on just one sandwich, the manager said we could either take our food all the way back to make it again or return the food the next day for a refund. Excuse me - what?? They said they didn't want to lose money on us eating the sandwiches and getting our money back. Haha, okay because our total order was $21 and they have lost a lot more than that on losing a customer for life. I want to add that the call time it took to complain was outrageous as well. If Subway makes you place an order online to get a deal, then the employees should ensure that it is made correctly. Will never be back.
The staff is always nice, very efficient. My only issue is that everytime I have called to try and place an order, because I cant on the website, nobody ever picks up. And I domt always want to bring kids in for something so quick
