The 2 gentlemen working tonight (wednesday 11/4/20) are FANTASTIC! Make delicious sandwiches and this isn't the first time we've received top notch service from them. Also, the trays of food are always full, clean and LOOK yummy to eat. I really hope they get some recognition for a job (continuously) well-done as this is something that often goes overlooked these days!

This location is employing a manager that shamelessly steals tips (if large enough) from her teenage employees. Corporate doesn't care because no attempt has been made to make this right with the teenager (s) she has stolen from or by any action towards this manager. If you want to tip one of these kids make sure management isn't there lingering.

My last visit to this store was 7/27. The young lady making my sandwich couldn't resist interrupting what she was doing to check and reply to a message on her smart watch. Using her (presumably) clean glove to touch her (presumably) dirty watch. Is it not enough we have to worry about covid, but now I have to worry if I will contract Hepatitis A as well? Everyone knows that when most employees use the bathroom they spend much of their time screwing around on their phones/watches. Disgusting service. Will not be back.

Elijah was our sandwich chef today (he also did the cash register) and he was amazing. He was very kind and respectful and he was quick to remember our order. He made all 5 of our sandwiches at the same time, only asking once what toppings each one had and he was on point with no mistakes. He is a hard worker as he took care of us and the next person in line with no help. Not sure what the other 2 were doing but they didn't come out to help. Keep up the great customer service Elijah, it will get you far! We will definitely be back.
