I have to give it something. I am under the weather so I ordered delivery. I got the Keto friendly pizza in a plastic container. I can't use it for an oven.It was 10 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't answer the phone. Chump s. I didn't even get microwave instructions. Had to call a different store for help. I will never order here again. They were rude the first time in.

I am giving 4 stars because the staff at this location was amazing they were kind and friendly. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed to find out that this location doesn’t honor the $10 Tuesday that is advertised. I usually use a different location and never had a issue with this. I ordered two pizzas that should have been $10 each and upon picking them up I paid well over that amount. The staff was very kind and apologetic about it explaining that they changed their policy a while back. They offered to contact their manager to see if they could honor it. Given that this happened during the Covid-19 pandemic and the only eating out we do is papa Murphy’s it’s frustrating to find out when paying that your tab will be so much more than you expected. The only recommendation I would give is to have staff let people know on Tuesdays that there are exceptions at this location. Also the staff although very kind said they get complaints all the time about this issue, it’s not fair to the employees to have to deal with frustrated customers all the time because of a choice management makes.

It was alright. the one on 64th and sheridan is way better though.

I really appreciate The two young men working tonight’s closing shift, I had gotten off work late and rushed to this location to pick up dinner but arrived 10 minutes before closing (which I hate doing). They were all cleaned upfront and looked almost ready to leave but they greeted me promptly and were very kind and polite about the inconvenience. They made my pizza super fast and immediately attendees to the mother that just walked in too. They never showed any irritation and were professional the entire time. Thank you for making my pizza and giving me great customer service, and I’m sorry for coming in so late! THANK YOU!!
