Wow! This gem is amazing. I didn’t even know I had a kraut burger place near me. I had the American and Original with a refreshing gazpacho. The homemade honey mustard was very good. Above all that, their service was spot on! Friendly and inviting. I’m so happy that I found this place. Oh, get the rhubarb cake... you won’t be disappointed.
Simple menu filled with delicious food. We sampled a bit of everything and we were not disappointed. The owner and staff were amazingly nice to us. We couldn't help but to give them thankful hugs as we left with full bellies. I'd recommend stocking up...I know I would if I lived closer!
The sweetest people work there. Down to earth conversation if you'd like and the food is beyond comforting. Can't go wrong with the original and the Caramel apple bread pudding is unbelievable. Trust me me, you'll love it.
Love this place
This is truly heaven for a German-Russian kid! They make Kraut Berok and Kuchen the way my family has made all my life. The Kraut burgers are full of ingredients instead of being a boat load of bread. I'm a purist and love the original but the ones w/ cheese are very good. Parking is a bit limited since it's all side street parking. They don't have indoor dining right now, due to the pandemic but they do have outdoor tables for a limited amount of guests. Prices are unbelievably reasonable. The lunch special of a Kraut burger, soup or chips and a soda is well worth the price and plenty of food. Just try them; you'll be hooked!
