Update: the salon owner reached out to me personally, offering a complimentary wax or to refund my money. Very grateful for the offer to fix the situation!nI hate leaving a bad review after being treated so nicely! Kelly was super nice, friendly, and professional. But the waxing was only so-so ud83dude14 there are so many hairs left, I will have to shave. She got 99% of the wax off, unlike the last place I went to, but definitely a ton of hairs left over. But again, Kelly was a super wonderful person!
