We were not told, when we did the reservation, that they are doing a massive remodeling and construction, although we were charged the standard rate. The close parking were most of the handicapped spots were was dug up, so we had to park in the adjacent one with a handful filled spots, so we had to park pretty far, and struggled walking with my broken leg in a bad weather. We ate from a food truck in a tent. In the morning, my wife went to check out ahead of me, and I saw her arguing with the clerk about an extra charge for $150.00 for smoking in the room, per employees and complaints from neighbouring room. My wife told the clerk that we don't smoke, and she had a heart transplant. With no manager available, she kept checking and found out it was the room behind us with that smelled smoke. There was no compensation for any of the inconveniences. We live in Oregon, and drive to San Jose 4-5 times a year to see our kids and families. We mostly use Rolling Hills Lodge/Hotel. I don't think we will stay there any longer.

Security takes there job far to serious. harassing at times also there not there vip members don't get as good as insintives as other casino s do

Won 600$ roughly on the first machine my girl picked! Also had amazingly good food and a wide selection.

Clean casino but I never win there! Machines se tight with limited bonuses and small pay outs.

Casino is very generous with free play, food comps, free rooms, free soft drinks. I have a great time with slots and roulette, they allow smoking and also have a smoke free area but it is all well ventilated I have breathing problems so is important. Casino staff are very nice and remember you to take care of your needs. I win pretty consistently slots pay off very well. The Buffet is to die for great food always. Have not tired the steak house, Bar eating area is great too. The coffee snack shop has great donuts and hot dogs. You wont be disappointed.
