Terrible the guys were so rude
Very bad lumber customer service is horrible. They start off great just can't but don't have the ability to follow through
Friendly people know who what what they are talking about and are happy to help with any project you have.
The bosses son was asked to help me out with getting my lumber. All he did was point in the direction to go. Had no clue where the hell I was going what I was looking for. Finally I asked one of the forklift operators to help me out and not only did he show me where to go but also helped me in loading some of the heavier items, not knowing that a couple weeks earlier I had suffered a minor stroke. I hope his kindness will be rewarded. Thank you,. Rich
