The store is well kept. Some staff know what they are talking about, other do not.nThe customer service in the rental department is extremely lack luster however. I have stood here without help multiple times.nThe guys who rent the u-haul are completely rude and I will never rent a u-haul from them again. I was given a dirty truck reeking of marijuana. When I return the truck ( from actually moving a house all of 8 miles ) they insist I stay there and sweep out the truck for them! Claiming that it was given to me clean!!!!! I argued and was threatened, as they had MY credit card on file.nIt was unprofessional, rude , and quite frankly illegal. GO ANY PLACE BUT HERE FOR UHAUL.
