The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Completely happy with the service and worth the drive to anderson.
I bought over $700 dollars worth of plank redwood to build my front porch. So we build it and after a week and a half we started to notice the wood was splitting where the screws were. So we went and bought some stain and applied it. Then the next day we notice the stain was dry but sap is oozing out of the wood in all different places. So I called them ask why this was happening and the guys stated that the wood was still green. Why would you not inform your customers that your wood that you are selling is not cured all the way. Now I’m afraid my porch isn’t going to be secure with how bad it’s splitting. I’m very disappointed and will never go back to this place again!
