Great service and quick response, same day service and tech was knowledgeable and got our ac unit working properly again. Dependable and friendly, nice to know who to call when ac goes out in 100+ temperatures. Thank you for the awesome service
These people are the very worst. No calls back. Horrible service. the technician said he turned the water heater on just with the pilot, but after checking it the knob for the pilot light was broken in half and the pilot light was Not lit. I had to call a real Plumbing company to get what I needed to be installed. Now i'm stuck dealing with them again because the warranty company won't let me change the service provider. Earl's plumbing did a fast and excellent job and would highly recommend them if you have a choice.
Either they're too busy to bother with a very leaky faucet in a tub, or they don't like dealing with home warranty companies -- regardless, they wouldn't call me back after three attempts to get them to come out and make the repair. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but here it is, my first.
So far we’ve been over two weeks without air conditioning. We’ve been calling and calling with promises they’d show up or at least call us back. Yet no response. Yesterday our thermostat read 90 degrees inside. It’s incredibly hard to move or do anything productive in this heat. Hopefully they can resolve this issue and my review might change.
Terrible lack of service. 4 days without a/c with an infant, and told service fri. at 12:30. Then called to cancel because too busy. Highly unreliable and unresponsive.
