It's a good place .with good services
I just love this store! So incredibly helpful and they seem to have everything I need.
I can always find someone to answer my questions or point me in the right direction which is different from my experiences at the big box stores. And prices are always comparable.
Sometimes I feel like this place is my 2nd home as I feel like I am here so much! Lol The gentleman in the paint department has a great sense of humour and will keep you entertained while you wait for your paint to be ready. The girls at the front counter are always eager and willing to help you in anyway that they can even when you are returning something. Great customer service at this store.
I came in on Friday November 13th in the mid afternoon. Plenty of staff, 5 at the front door and 4 more down the isle by what must be the backroom/ breakroom(?).nI literally had to excuse myself to get between 3 employees to the paint supply isle.nNot a single one of the 9 employees greeted me or asked in they could help me.nI hemhawed looking for what my husband sent me for and muddled through without help.nStaff there used to be awesome! Now not so much. I have zero confidence that when someone DOES offer me help that they know what they are talking about.nI've been very disappointed lately.
