I drive clear across town for these amazing sandwiches and the brocolli cheddar soup bowls are also amazing. Well worth a trip! Aerial was SO sweet, great customer service!
We love the sandwiches.We frequently order lunch. However, we have been frustrated when we try to phone in our order. Your phones don’t work. When I brought this up to the young lady behind the counter today she explained the phones were old and don’t work. I asked to speak to the owner. She told me that wasn’t possible. I asked for a phone number to call and was told it wasn’t legal for her to give out the phone number and didn’t have it anyway. Then I got a lecture on the law. She was very rude, not helpful. If I owned a restaurant and advertised the phone number as a way to place orders I would want customers to be able to make a call to place an order. You now have TWO VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WHO WON’t BE BACK.
Best sandwiches I've tried since moving here, only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is I went today and all 3 workers were not wearing facemasks. I live with family who have underlying conditions and if I took something back because of someone not following the mandate would be bad. They are handling food. They should all be wearing mask! I just left when I saw that. I'll go back when they wear masks or this is all over
Never had a bad sandwich from here. Staff has always been very kind when we go in there. But the sourdough is what is on point. We always ask for extra sourdough for our soup and they will give a full bag of sourdough bread pieces.
Their sandwhiches are way better than subway or Jimmyjohns. Their ingredients are better quality and the sourdough bread is very tasty
