I don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses but I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer support. I emailed, called and forwarded the same email to David Heskett about a door I needed. The builder is Lexington Homes and I figured it would be an easy quote/order but no response. The first time I showed up personally to get a quote but David nowhere to be found. I got his business card and emailed him details about the interior door I needed but no response. After a few weeks I called the office and he wasn’t in so I tried the work cell. I talked to to him and mentioned about the request. He seemed to understand but after I emailed him again no response to this day. This is very unprofessional and I will make sure others know not to use BMC.nnGood luck
Customer service was awesome! Went in for a quote on material and was pleasantly surprised with their pricing compared to everywhere else we'd been. Very reasonable prices! Definitely going to be using them for all of our building materials!
Have had good experience here, Gary and Amy have been great to work with.
