Its a man's toy store.
Often times Home Depot employees are derided as “not knowing” what they are talking about. Two employees in this store are the complete opposite of this unfortunate stereotype. Treven usually works near the contractors check out and I have met no finer example of dedication to customer service in my life. He has saved me money, time, and be wonderful to work for. Today I had the pleasure of doing business with Michael in electrical. I had an issue with a panel and he expertly helped me find a solution. As a tenured member of the electrical industry I did my best to encourage him to start an apprenticeship. Somebody at Liberty Lake Home Depot is doing a good job finding talent!!

My parents went into this store and were able to find a freezer in stock. So they immediately purchased the freezer for me as a wedding gift. Before they were able to get home they were told that the order did not process and the freezer was sold out from under them even though the payment was already made. Rick the supposed store manager didn't even try to make anything right with my parents. I hope that this isn't the way all home depots are run. I will never shop at this location again and may not ever shop at home depot again.
This is based on the tool rental area.nnThe staff was knowledgable, patient, explained the different pieces of equipment which took a lot of time and shared lessons learned on the projectnnSeems there is disruptions in sand paper supply chain. The staff was excellent, addressed the equipment, returns, and billimg issues.
