I used to love this salon and would take my family there all the time. However, on our trip yesterday the manager and stylist Shelly botched my sons hair. She did not do what we asked for the cut, was very unprofessional, and then denied even cutting my sons hair when we brought the issue to her attention. Absolutely will no longer be recommending this salon to anyone. I feel like my child was discriminated against for the choice of hair style and since Shelly did not want to do it she screwed it up on purpose. There should have been 3 inches remaining on the top of my sons head. He has less than 1 inch.

The manager cuts hair according to her like not what you request. Perhaps she isn’t skilled or has poor hearing? But either way don't waste your money here, go elsewhere.

Great! I've never even been in before but they still seem to still care.. five out of five!

Do not use Shelly, she will not cut your hair the way you ask.
