I asked for a couple of inches cut off my long hair to help with split ends. She cut al least 5 inches. My once long hair was chopped to my shoulders! I also showed a picture of the layers that I wanted, which she said she could do. My hair cut looks absolutely nothing like the picture, at all. I will not return to this salon.

My wife gave me a better haircut during quarantine. With craft scissors and a beard trimmer. And it didn't cost 35$.

I have a breathing problem so I had my nose uncovered. I was asked to cover my nose, which I did. My mask slipped down to the tip of my nose, but still covering my nostrils.nI pushed it back up just as a hair stylist saw me do so. She thought I once again had it off my nose, and started shaking her head and mumbling to herself. I just got up and walked out.
