Best customer service by Colby again today!nHe was attentive and knowledgeable when we called for information. When we arrived at the store, he assisted my husband and I with the panels of hog wire we purchased. He went above and beyond by carrying the cut panels to our car and helped secure them in place for safe transport. Managers, Colby is a class act and thank you for hiring fine employees like him.

Best! Thanks for semi tractor over night parking, Bob tail of course and yes I always ask the stores management. Which was awesome. And thanks for the great boots. Top notch place and excellent staff.

after 20 mins of waiting out the yard and 3 times asking for help, we basically just helped ourselves w the stock tank we wanted to see on the floor. we saw the manager came out but went straight to another person who were loading their tank. in the end we Purchased it as we have been looking for it for weeks. didn't want to haul it w our van so the cashier suggested their trailer but their manager said its not working and doesn't know when it will be fixed. Delivery is not setup online and their delivery partner doesn't exist anymore. *sigh 1 week to figure out how to get it home

Item over $10 more in store. Associate was rude and would not change price to match online tractor supply price told him I would order online just wait 5min and get it he told me they were closed. Very rude and inconsiderate refused to honor online tractor supply price. I shop there for hard to find items. Will look at other locations due to poor customer service experience. Did not care that I would call corporate office or review store online...I did infact contact the corporate office.nnUpdate...checked and shipping to store was free so was pickup associate lied when he said it was more because of shipping...despicable...
