Not too bad. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for but still was able to get a good idea of what was available in my price range

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Blech! We live a distance away and thought a management company may serve us. My family also owns the place next to our rental so we are up there visiting on and off (Loon Lake) I am a very experienced landlord (25 years in the business and know the laws and how to treat people.... straight forward but with respect and kindness) We had great renters in our Loon Lake rental. They continually complained about the lack of response from Ericks. They had electrical issues and kitchen plumbing issues (which by law require response within a short amount of time) and the response was dismal from Ericks, substandard or not at all. And as the owners we never heard about any of it from our management company. The renters called us directly to get help to get the issue solved (thank God they called us and we got an electrician out right away). Then we find out, by accident, (not by any transparency of error by Ericks side) that Ericks, gave the renters last month/deposit rent back to them 8 months earlier AND NEVER TOLD US. In fact they put in their own records to get the money back but failed to do so. And always have an excuse or half baked lie when asked for the truth. As an experienced landlord I can tell you, these folks do NOT know the laws and will leave you hanging out legally. As a renter, I can only assume from what our renters told us, that they do not take care of the property. So SO SO glad to not be dealing with them anymore.
