Tony and Mark came by and assisted me in unclogging the main drain to my property. At that time, it was also identified that I did not have a main outlet. Not only did they conduct a hydrojet and investigated what my issues were, but they also addressed possible solutions. They quoted me a reasonable price for the repairs and look forward to having them here again.
We had a clogged toilet and had tried plunging it ourselves without any luck. Elite Rooter was able to come within 1.5hours after I called. The Plummer was honest, pleasant and patient with all my questions. He was able to unclog our toilet and clean out our pipe to the main sewer line. I appreciate his work and Elite Rooter for having nice plumbers.
The technician arrived on time the same day I called. I needed my kitchen sink unclogged and he was able to perform the job cheaper than other quotes I received. Very satisfied with the results.
Another plumber looked at the issue and told me $3500 as a best case scenario and $9,000-$12,000 as the likely solution where they would have to replace the drainage system.nnI called Elite for a 2nd opinion and they said 1,100 best case and 6850 worst case. The 1,100 solution worked. They were very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issue and how they would solve it. They worked quickly and professionally.
Andy and his helper, Gary, of Elite Plumbing replaced our Laundry room (gray water) pipe. They had to break up the slab in 2 places and dig under our kitchen floor to make the repair. They are hard workers and did an excellent job. They are personable, communicated w us regularly, and we’re on time. They worked long and hard days and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We were well pleased with their work.
