Martin came by super friendly and listened to my issues. As he worked he noticed some problems. Due to age of my pipes and septic he made some suggestions. I informed him I rented so I guess I needed to call them. He still took the time to write me an estimate for them and explain the issues he found despite the fact my rental company has a company they use. Then SUPERVISOR came to make sure all was taken care of. Great service and I WASNT CHARGE. SO I GAVE HIM A NICE TIP. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE.

Want to particularly thank Martin Alfaro. He initially showed up to help me with a bathroom sink drain problem, which he resolved real quickly. Then he came back 2 weeks later and installed 3 low flow toilets quickly and efficiently and checked all of our drain lines. He was prompt, cooperative, very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing problems.

I saw an ad for Rooter Solutions on the TV and saw that they were offering a great deal on a drain cleaning service ($54). I looked them up on the internet and saw that they had great reviews so I called them the next day and they arrived quick. They served with great customer service and were very helpful with my plumbing service concerns.

Fernando was awesome! He arrived on time with his team and they helped to fix and remove two toilets in my house that were very old. They did an excellent job replacing the old toilets and left everything looking good as new when they finished the job.

Thank you Rooter Solutions for all of your hard work on making my home look like nothing ever happened during and after you finished my main sewer line replacement. Before I met the guys at Rooter Solutions. I had a local plumber charge me approximately $200 twice a year to clear my main line for over 12 years!!! Ever since I bought my home!! Thank God he wasn’t available on the Saturday I called Rooter Solutions for the first time. Within 30 minutes after my call to their office Miguel came out with his friendly smile and got to work right away. He pulled out roots out of my clean out and explain to me the reason why. All of this time I thought this was normal. Right after, Ernesto came over and ran a camera for me at no charge and explain to me the real situation. I had an orange burg pipe completely deteriorated, full of roots and caving in. I can’t believe the other guy kept on charging me $200 to just run a cable and never diagnosed my problem properly, he really took me for a fool!! Rooter Solutions only charged me $54 and honor a coupon I had for the snaking of my drain and gave me a free estimate. I called them back to do the job after getting other estimates and I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They were always on time, they were clean during the work and every afternoon after they left. They were extremely polite to my wife, kids and mother in law. They kept me updated throughout the entire project and they even fixed an electrical outlet that didn’t work anymore while waiting for inspection, for free!! I don’t know who the owner or owners of this company are but they are doing a great job training all of these guys! Thank you Rooter Solutions!!!
