Hansen's Plumbing is the best! So revealed to find a professional and dependable plumber in town. I will defiantly be calling them again. Nick was awesome! He explained everything in a professional and helpful manner. I appreciated Nick's attention to detail when explaining the process of installing the new water heater. Nick and Jo had it install in no time. Overall very satisfied with this workmanship.

Noticed water heater leaking quite badly at 7.30am, they opened at 8 and I called right at 8 and Megan in the office was very efficient and concerned for us and had someone here at the house by 8.50am! Ian was fantastic - friendly and very professional and obviously very proficient at his job. He had nothing but good things to say about working for the company. He explained everything about what he was doing and why. Ian made a real effort to make the install fit perfectly into a very tight and odd shaped space. He cleaned up thoroughly. This is the 3rd time we have used Hansen's. I do not think they are the cheapest outfit in town but I would rather pay a bit more for people I trust, that are happy in their work and do a fantastic job.

Incredible customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Ean installed 2 new toilets for us and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend.

In 40+ years of home ownership and vendor relationships I have never had an experience as good as this. Polite, respectful, competent, and beautiful workmanship. I'm looking forward to the next time we can use Michael's skills.

Michael was knowledgeable. It took him no time at all to see what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. He listened to what I had to say and treated me like a real person not just someone out to get my money.
