Jerry and his team are complete professionals and they did a fantastic job replumbing my entire house and completing a trenchless sewer lateral line replacement. They were able to start the job quickly and they worked with my contractors to keep the project moving right along. Jerry has a very calm, cool and easygoing personality so he handled my last minute additional requests with grace and ease. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pro Solutions and I feel better knowing I have a terrific plumber to call on when needed.
The garbage disposal at my restaurant was leaking but I didn't think anything of it until it began gushing out of control. I called Jerry & he told me to remain calm & he came out within the hour to take care of the problem. Jerry & his team made the situation so much better by the way they operated & explained everything along the way. The job took about 2-3 hours and everything was as good as new. Jerry even went to check the restrooms to make sure no other problems arise from other parts of the restaurant. They were able to do all of this while we had a rush & it blew me away how it didn't intervene with any of that. That's what I call great work. Jerry stopped by a couple days later to make sure everything was A-OK & that truly sealed my trust with him because people don't do that nowadays. Talk about AMAZING customer service. We ended up laughing about the whole situation since all of us were so freaked out. Thanks for being so awesome Jerry!! Highly recommended.

My experience with Pro Solutions Plumbing started off with a very competitive quote after a visit for a free estinate.nThis was followed by a timely arrival on the day of the job (whole house water filter installation) quick completion, and clean up.nEverything was professionally done to my satisfaction. Jerry from Pro Solutions was absolutely the best. He was on time, reasonable in cost and very professional. You can't go wrong by employing this experienced company. He moved a bath drain, installed new valves and trim and raised a shower head. Perfect job!
