The debit/ credit card system was not working... had to enter my card number a couple of times.
Lots of tools at very reasonable prices. Strictly tools, not a hardware store.
Just ran in to get some stuff real quick, it was nice and clean. Employees were very helpful
Although this store replaced the Camarillo store at their warehouse facility, they do not carry all of what is advertised. I was waiting for 4 weeks to get an Earthquake Hi Torque 3/8 rachet, the price dropped on them last week and still the Camarillo store, CLOSE to their warehouse didn't have it. The clerk searched other stores and found that their Oxnard store had 7 of them. I ended up going to Oxnard to get it as well as few other items. If you are going to the Camarillo store buy something call them first, you maybe just wasting your time and gas! This store even called me and said they had them, 2 weeks prior after sent an email to company inquiring about their inventory of this item. I made a special trip just to find out they didn't have it.
Excellent and friendly customer service even though there was a technical challenge with their payment processing system. Hard to beat their value prices!
