Incredibly kind, accommodating and quick. They came out late on a Friday night to help my mom after we'd been waiting all afternoon on another plumber who never ended up showing up. We will be using Curtis from now on.
My kitchen sink would not drain at all but I didn't want to spend the money right now. Unfortunately it was starting to smell and the dishes were piling up.lol. I called Curtis Plumbing in Simi Valley and Matt came out within a few hours. First off I can say that I was really happy that he was very easy to communicate with and I never felt uncomfortable. It didn't take long and my sink was draining again. Didn't drain my checkbook either.lol. I'm going to refer them to my daughter and anyone else who may need an honest plumber who seems to enjoy his job.
Had what I thought was a small plumbing issue. It turns out that the water was coming up through the tile and concrete of my kitchen floor. At this point I thought it was going cost a fortune to fix and my floors were going to be ruined. But thanks to Matt at Curtis Plumbing that wasn't the case. He decided to reroute the hot water line through the attic. After a small wall patch and some paint everything is back to normal. I couldn't be happier with the true professionalism of Matt and his knowledge that saved my floors. If you use any other company besides Curtis you definitely aren't getting your monies worth.
