might be a little school but I feel good when everyone knows my students name. and the employees are polite. and call you by your name. and this year 17-18 they got a new superintendent that seem like he is gonna make this school progress..love all the activities they do for the kids.
When I first moved to the east side of Porterville, I was very afraid of sending my kids to the local school. It looked like a rough neighborhood, so I assumed the school would be as well. I was wrong. The staff is very caring, very student-oriented, and very good at communicating with parents and the community with needs of the children, the school, Food Services, and Health Services.nThe teachers and staff have been very easy to communicate with, and have gone out of their way to help students when they were in danger weather academically or even physically by having regular preparedness drills. My kids absolutely love the cafeteria. They make very good on the spot food.
Has a pre k program k-8. Strong teachers work here. I went to this school.
I grad kindergarden here im 23 now and I can still tell you that my teacher will know who I am ... When I was there it was a great place to grow up
My child (enrolled in head start program) came home with lice repeatedly even though lice checks were supposedly mandatory.
