I have been a regular customer in your Porterville, California store since it opened. On my first visit I signed up for your rewards program. I have never received any notifications in my email. I've discussed it with store personnel and reentered my email address numerous times. I have contacted your help desk via telephone and still receive no rewards notifications. Being a frequent shopper, I've spent hundreds of dollars in your store. I have been assured numerous times that the problem is being addressed, but to no avail regarding my status.nnHaving given it some thought, I believe I may know the problem. When my email is entered into your system it is automatically changes it to upper case letters. Most email addresses are case sensitive. My email address is all lower case. I've mentioned that to store employees, as well. I have always been told it shouldn't make a difference.nnHowever, I'm not sure of their technical knowledge or ability and would venture to speculate it just may be a problem. It has become so frustrating and disappointing, I don't even bother to give them my phone number any more. I've also heard from other shoppers and employees that it has always been a problem. That, too, is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope you can find some way to efficiently reward your loyal customers in the future.
