Did not finish installing tankless water heater. They put a bucket under water heater and told me to empty it. He said he would be back to finish up the drain on Friday. He never came back. I have called company two times. They stated he would return the call both times and he never did. I paid them $3000.00 dollars. My husband died a few months ago and they knew they could take advantage of me. My impression of Justin was good he seemed kind. I am just so disappointed in this man and the company.
Everything was prompt and courteous. Guy was cool, kept me updated on what was happening. No complaints about nada. Will recommend. As for prices, that wasn't my gig. My landlord had to deal with that aspect. But he still went with them. As for my end of the service, everything was a groove.
First off, I'm stationed in Oklahoma City, Ok. I know one of the employees (Justin) and he helped me troubleshoot an issue with a leak in my brand new toilet. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help! This company is lucky to have an employee like him. THANKS AGAIN!
On time..very nice..fair priced..it gets no better than these guys!
Contacted the company around 10am this morning with a clogged sewer line problem.nChris called me a short time later to say he'd be over as soon as he finished the call he was on at that time. Sure enough a while later, he pulled up ready to work. And, a few minutes later the drains were flowing again!nHe advised me to think about having the line or section that seems to be broken replaced when I could and gave me a ballpark range for the cost. I will definitely be calling them again when I have the funds to do the replacement/repair work.
