I have got my house under contract and we had our water heater leak at the same time as the inspection. so the inspector said he thought there was water issues and mold issues after we did everything we were suppose to with commercial fans etc, and new sheet rock, new water heater etc. we called Service King. They are highly recommened on the internet as well as a very good reputation in Cedar City Utah. Sean from the company came out to the house and did a full inspection and wrote us up a report the next day as we were under extremely soon deadlines. He was so punctual and his quality of work was way over what I could have asked for or expected in such a short time. Thank you Service King and Sean.

I called Service King because they came highly recommended. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule me. I had them clean our downstairs living room, the stairs and the master bedroom. They even called to see if they could come earlier than our original appointment time. That actually worked out even better for me. Roman Dotson and Brandon Stone are great representatives for Service King. They did a great job. I'm very happy with the results.

I remember applying for a job there and the first question that I was asked when I walked there is "Do you have kids?"...funny descrimination ...they are looking for slaves and not employees
