I really can’t say enough about the great experience I had with MJ Rental Properties. I needed to rent an apartment in a hurry, and they had me in in less than a week. Then when my situation changed, they were just as accommodating. The apartment was charming, cozy and quiet.nLeslie and Michael are professional, efficient, and yet warm and kind. I highly recommend MJ Rental Properties!

We couldn't ask for more responsive and thoughtful people than Mike, Leslie and Dave. What was to be a few months has turned into a year-long rental while we look for a home after relocating. They have been great. The apartment building and grounds are well-maintained, and the building is quiet and home-like.

This is my second stint here with these properties. Well maintained, furnished and a short term lease make this a prime rental choice. The owners are friendly, respond to anything that needs fixing and the buildings are in a nice, safe area of Everett. I walk at night and feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Definitely worth your top consideration when looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful property/apartment. Extremely smooth process to rent. I've been living here for almost 2 years and couldn't ask for better landlords. Dave keeps the properties looking beautiful and is quick to respond if there is an issue. I feel very fortunate to have found MJ Rental Properties.

Awesome people to deal with, by far the best landlords I've ever had. Everything is kept up very well and Mike, Leslie, and Dave are very sincere people. Great property and great neighborhood.
