John was recommended by a mutual friend. John stood out among the agents we interviewed and provided useful information before we made any decisions to list with him. He and Anna were always available to answer our questions and provided the kind of customer service that makes Magnify stand out above all others. At the beginning of this year my husband and I started the adventure of purchasing our first home. We were very excited about it, although we had little to no knowledge about how this process worked so we were a little nervous. Our Mortgage Company referred us to a very experienced realtor named John Weston. We set up a time and date, and a couple of days later we were meeting with John at his office. At this meeting we realized we were in very good hands. He was professional, friendly, and most important very excited for us and the big adventure we were about to start. We visited many properties, and finally when we thought we were done for the day we found the perfect house. After this moment everything was taken care by John, meeting with the other realtor, finding an inspector, and all the paperwork that comes with that. Everything was taking care with due diligence and professionalism. This adventure was a lot, but it was also lots of fun, and luckily for us we had John to help us and guide us through it. We would truly recommend John Weston from Magnify Realty to anyone who is looking to buy a house, you will be in excellent hands.

John, with magnify realty is absolutely amazing. I’ve had several homes that I have sold in the past and I’ve been talking to John for over a year, knowing I’d sell eventually. He not only was amazing and responsive when we were just talking and sending helpful flyers and info on homes but then when I said “I’m ready” he was so sweet and genuine, truly cared about making sure my unique and charming craftsman, got all the attention we could And he succeeded! We succeeded. I would highly recommend him and his team as an agent because they will take care of you and make you feel like you are the only client.

John was wonderful to work with during the stressful time of selling and buying a home. From the beginning we were very impressed with the way he found true comps. We found we received exactly what we expected and he was awesome during the buying process. At times it felt like we were working with an old friend. Highly recommend.
