Kinect on Broadway I a beautiful new set of apartments just constructed, the inside lobby is breathtaking and everything feels so modernized from their workout room to their common areas. The apartment setups are made the most of with wood foors, high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. I cannot wait to apply for living here!

The property itself is beautiful but they are misleading. I had a tour of one I liked so I applied. I also applied for other properties the same day as many other people do. When I applied they had me pay the $50 non refundable application fee which is pretty standard but also had me pay a $400 damage deposit upfront which I though was odd but when I called to ask no one answered so I foolishly submitted it. Later that day I was approved at another property and now Kinect will not refund the $400 damage deposit when I was not even approved there yet nor signed any contracts to move in. I simply filled out the basic application. I’ve never seen a building run this way and tbh I feel mislead and scammed because when she showed me the unit she did tell me the amount of the damage deposit but said absolutely nothing about it being a non refundable fee when you apply for the unit.

Awesome new apartment building with upscale amenities, security and amazing customer service here in the Everett Station District. I love my new kitchen and bath, the hardwood floors throughout my apartment and the natural sunlight that makes the unit cheery and bright.
