Megan is fantastic! She really advocated for us. She did her homework on all of the places we looked at and was very knowledgeable about the house, the area and the real estate process. She was always quick to get things done and gather info. She was always available for questions and to look at houses. Several times she went and checked out the house first if we weren’t available to go look when the house came on the market which is vital in a limited market. She gave very sound advice and always had a positive attitude even when we were becoming discouraged because of the limited market.nWhen we finally got a house, she was there every step of the way guiding us thru the process. She even offered to help us move!nShe came to closing to help if we needed explanation on documents that we were signing and to make sure everything was correct then she surprised us with a beautiful “Welcome” basket on the day we received the keys!! She has even stayed in touch since the closing to check on us to see if we have questions for the previous owners and communicated those for us. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. I think we will check to see if we can adopt her as family!! She and Chris are both awesome.

Megan and Chris Reed were so helpful selling our house! They were communicative, suggestive, great listeners and timely! You wont be disappointed using them!!!
