The worst do not recommend.nnI was asked to pay a non refundable deposit without being able to see the rental agreement. The contract I was asked to sign was straight up against Washington laws. And when confronted with this information I was just given an apology that stated im sorry you were not satisfied with the service. If the property manager was this bad before I got into a rental agreement I dodged a bullet. I cannot imagine being locked into a contract with this company.nnAnd look at my post history it takes a lot for me to rate somewhere 1 star. Unfortunately Becky provided no shame in the illegal way she ran her business and therefore I would like to warn those to stay clear.nnAgain please save yourself the trouble and stay clear. Don't waste your time.

I couldn't have asked for more! We were first time home buyers and she was so patient with us. She did amazing at showing us the ropes of buying real estate. We are so happy with our house and the process we went through with Becky. Highly recommend!

We bought a house in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. In a world full of stress and an insanely competitive market, Becky was always by our side (well... 6 feet away ud83dude05). She was always available with advice and ideas. When our anxiety was through the roof, her dedication and support calmed our nerves. We found the perfect home for us within only a few weeks and never felt pressured to settle for anything less than what we wanted. Highly recommended!!
