I doubt The details matter but I really appreciate my sub being made without a nose hovering above it, outside of the mandated mask. I suggest management watch the cameras and your employees. I won't be coming back until this virus is over. Because apparently I'm one of those Corona whiners with an autoimmune disorder sitting at home. I was looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. Not a fast track to contact tracing.

My first visit to this location, super friendly staff, and the sandwich was great.

Foods always fine. It's the people....always the people.... Store Manager doesn't know how their own online order process works. Refused to refund an order they couldn't full fill, told me to call the app people. App people say call store. I'm stuck in the middle. Oh but they will write me a check after I email corporate...

The sandwiches are very tasty and always made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly ,the service is professional and the prices are fair.

The food is ok but the people is the problem. If they are cleaning just don't bother because they will ignore you for 5 minutes until you grab their attention and then they say o I will be right with you. Where I come from and the job I do the customer comes first. You drop anything to help a customer. When you only get 20 minutes for lunch waiting while someone more importantly sweeps the floor is not right. Get people in their who are customer oriented.
